Sherbet Blackcurrants

Sherbet Blackcurrants – we love sherbet lemons and sherbet strawberries, and we had a braninwave one day and thought that blackcurrant would make another fantastic sherbet sweet. So we had some samples made – boiled blackcurrant sweet on the outside and fizzy sherbet centre – and the results were too good to keep to ourselves. So we had a load made so that everyone can enjoy them. They contain no artificial colours. Hooray!
